Direct Dial: 484-321-5010 Mr. Willson represents various professionals and businesses, including manufacturing, consulting, technology, health and personal care professionals, engineers, architects, design professionals, construction companies, general and subcontractors, materials fabrication and installers, surveying, geology and environmental consultants, educational institutions and private schools, banks and financing institutions. He also represents non-profit organizations; sports leagues and sporting facilities, restaurateurs, franchisors and franchisees; automobile dealerships and repair facilities, landowners, farmers, and land conservation entities. Additionally, Mr. Willson’s practice includes the representation of commercial landlords and tenants, zoning and land use matters, private landowners developing, preserving and/or litigating property rights issues, public and private utility matters, homeowners’ associations and condominium associations. He has handled litigation, mediation and arbitration matters in the Common Pleas Courts of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Lancaster and Philadelphia Counties, the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Bankruptcy Court, and mediations and arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Willson is a 1982 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (History major) and received his Master’s in Education (Secondary Social Studies) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. He is a 1986 graduate of Vermont Law School. Mr. Willson is actively involved with land conservation, historic preservation, education and the arts with non-profit organizations in Chester County and Philadelphia, including Historic Yellow Springs, Inc., The Mask & Wig Club of the University of Pennsylvania, and French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust. He also serves as legal consultant/counsel for a number of youth sports leagues. Personal Interests: Mr. Willson grew up in Malvern, Willistown Township in Chester County and now resides with his spouse, Sheryl, and their two rescued beagles, Angus and Fletcher, on a small farm in East Brandywine Township, Chester County. When not practicing law, Mr. Willson enjoys ocean sailing, small boat sailing and kayaking, gardening, woodworking, travel and history.
