Debra Lubowicki

Debra Lubowicki has worked both in the public and private sector serving children with disabilities. Ms. Lubowicki has been a teacher, supervisor, principal, and director in a variety of schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During her time as a Director of Special Education, she was instrumental in starting the first Inclusion Classroom in a local school district and embarked on the initiative of developing the first elementary autistic support class in another Montgomery County district. Ms. Lubowicki also assisted her teams in preparing for legal processes that included mediation, due process hearings, and educational audits. At Wisler Pearlstine, Ms. Lubowicki provides consultation to school teams on IEP development and assists with hearing preparation.
